Transportation, storage

1. Be careful on the transportation, load and unload. Inhibit to throw, chuck, collision and inversion and prevent from the shaking intensely and drench.

2. Vibrator should be keep temperature is between -10℃ ~ 40℃, relative humidity is less than 90%. The air must not contain causticity.

 Open crate and examination

1. Open the crate from the top board, then, remove side board. It is helpful to protect machine face.

Maintenance

In order to keep machine running well, make full use of the machine, the daily maintenance should be done every week. But before checking the machine, the power supply should be cut off. All operators must be trained through expert course.

1. The people besides the train technician are not permit to open the machine.

2. All the component that touch with product directly should be cleaned after daily use.

3.Before running the machine each time, check if there is any thing on the hook of weigh bucket. Make sure nothing on the hook of weigh bucket.

4. Add edible oil on the joint of bucket every week to keep the bucket running smoothly.

5. Clean the dust on the machine every two months.
